Mita Banerjee ( born 21 Decembern 1982) is an Indian Lawyer and Activist. She is one of the best advocate who rendered her services without any discrimination on the basis of casste, creed , relegion , language , colore , gender to all who were in dire need of legal help. She has never turned down the victims cases even after knowing that they might belong to downtrodden and socialy and economically weaker section of our society.She believes that our law is not week rather its implementation is week and its our law can redress all the grievances of the victims. During course of her profession she for her client’s sake before the Honorable high court Calcutta, tribunals , district and sessions court , and criminal courts. Her name got published in success story life style magazine under the category of influential women power 2022 edition. - At the age of 11 years, On 9th January, 1994, participated at ANTI-DRUG OATH at Eastern Command Sports Stadium, Forth William, Calcutta before Rotary International (R.I. District 3290)
- Participated debate, extempore, speaker on different occasions and secured first position in debate and extempore in each and every year during academic session 2002-2005 at “JOGESHCHANDRA CHAUDHURI COLLEGE”.
